Introductory call
The first production conversation is free. Please provide notice if you cannot attend so the time can be rearranged.
Booked work
Paid animation or rigging starts only under a written agreement. Its schedule, milestones, review rounds, fees and cancellation provisions control the work.
Revision or scope change
New characters, shots, control ranges, formats or approval paths may require a revised scope. Completed work remains payable under the agreement.
Refund review
Any refund is assessed against the signed agreement, work delivered, production capacity reserved and commitments that cannot be recovered.
External costs
Software, render services, fabrication, licences or supplier charges may be non-refundable where the relevant provider does not return them.
